Enter the email address already linked to your PlantThis account. After you enter the verification code sent to that address, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. You do not need to contact support, create another account, or add a password.

Data deleted

After the email code is verified, deletion includes:

• Your PlantThis authentication account and profile.
• Plant photos and thumbnails uploaded by your account.
• Plant-identification results and your saved plant collection.
• Usage records and subscription-entitlement data linked to your account.

Data that may be retained

We may retain the minimum transaction records required for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention obligations for the period required by applicable law. Deletion-request correspondence may be kept for up to 90 days after completion. Apple and Google keep purchase records under their own policies.

Deleting your PlantThis account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You can manage an App Store subscription at Apple subscriptions or cancel through Google Play. Subscription cancellation is not required before deleting the account.
